3.1 Growth Grid Academy offers the following categories of training and development programs:

  • Train-the-Trainer Programs

3.2 Services are delivered across India and the United Arab Emirates, in online, in-person, and hybrid formats as agreed with the client.

3.3 The specific scope, objectives, agenda, duration, participant count, and mode of delivery of any engagement shall be set out in a Proposal, Statement of Work, or email confirmation mutually agreed between the parties.

4. ENQUIRY

4.1 Users may submit an enquiry or booking request through the contact form available on the Website.

4.2 Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon issuance of a written confirmation or invoice by the Academy and receipt of the applicable advance payment.

4.3 The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any enquiry at its sole discretion.

4.4 Users represent and warrant that all information submitted through the Website is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Growth Grid Academy reserves the right to reject enquiries containing inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1 Payments made through the Website shall be processed through independent third-party payment gateway service providers. Growth Grid Academy does not store, process, or have access to Users’ complete payment card information.

5.2 Users acknowledge that payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and security practices of the relevant payment gateway provider.

5.3 Growth Grid Academy shall not be responsible for any payment processing errors, unauthorized transactions, banking failures, network disruptions, chargebacks, or technical issues attributable to third-party payment service providers.

5.4 All payment obligations, fee structures, invoices, refunds, cancellations, and commercial arrangements relating to Services shall be governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, service agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement entered into between Growth Grid Academy and the client.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

6.1 Cancellation: Cancellations of confirmed engagements shall not be permitted. All advance payments made are non-refundable.

6.2 Rescheduling: Each confirmed engagement may be rescheduled on one (1) occasion, subject to the availability of the assigned trainer. Any rescheduling request must be communicated in writing to the Academy with a minimum notice period of seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled date.

6.3 The Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session in the event of force majeure circumstances (as defined in Clause 10 below) or other exceptional circumstances, without liability to the client.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 Ownership: All training materials, course content, methodologies, frameworks, tools, assessments, worksheets, presentations, and any other materials developed or used by Growth Grid Academy in the delivery of Services (collectively, “Training Materials”) shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.

7.2 Limited Licence: Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Training Materials solely for their personal learning and internal business purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, publication, sale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of Training Materials in any form.

7.3 Website Content: All Content published on this Website, including but not limited to blog articles, written materials, and multimedia content, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under any engagement to the extent that such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, governmental orders, civil unrest, strikes, or disruptions to technology infrastructure.

10.2 The affected party shall promptly notify the other party upon becoming aware of a force majeure event and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate its impact.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 To the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Laws, Growth Grid Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic loss, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or other intangible loss arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or the delivery of Services.

11.2 In any event, the total aggregate liability of the Academy to any party shall not exceed the fees actually paid by that party to the Academy in respect of the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Proposal or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
